The Exercise That Makes You Fat

I don't know how many times I have to talk about this, but just about everyone who tells me that they're trying to "Lose weight" go on and on about how long they run for... 20 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour.. 2 HOURS A DAY on the treadmill.



This is exactly the WRONG thing to do.

If you want to lose weight for real, then you can't do something that your body can get used to. It has to burn fat not just when you're doing the exercise, but also when you're resting.

Since no one listens to me, maybe by reading this article, they'll actually get the results they want.
